We are always seeking hard-working individuals to volunteer.  Volunteers do not need prior experience.  Stop into our station located at 10550 Waterville Street anytime to fill out an application.  Per our Village charter we may have up to 40 volunteers at any given time.  Therefore when we are in need of more personnel we contact interested people with applications on file.  Courses applicable for training of our volunteers are paid for by the Village as long as the employee passes the course (i.e., Volunteer, Firefighter I and II, EMT-B classes, etc.).  To be a volunteer you will subject to a physical including drug testing and a criminal background check.  Stop into our station to pick up an application.
