Whitehouse will sponsor a Holiday Decorating Contest in the downtown area during the holiday season.

Businesses on Providence Street (from the log house to Village Hall) and Waterville Street (from Gilead Street to Texas Street) are invited to participate. Rules and application forms are available at Village Hall or  2017 Holiday Decorating Contest Form

Deadline for registering is November 22, and decorating must be complete by November 24, 2017. Winners will be announced on Sunday, December 3, 2017, during the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Other events on December 3 will include pictures with Santa at 3 pm, Holiday Open House with participating downtown businesses from 3 to 6 pm, a foot parade led by Santa at 5:30 pm, holiday music in the Park, and the annual Tree Lighting ceremony at 6 pm.
