The annual Tree Lighting ceremony will take place on Sunday, December 3, 2017, in downtown Whitehouse. Additional events have been added to make this a fun afternoon for our residents and visitors.

• 3:00 – 5:30 pm Family photos with Santa at the Dance Centre of NW Ohio, 6662 Providence Street. No appointments needed, just walk in!
• 3:00 – 6:00 pm Downtown business owners will be open. Stop by to meet local entrepreneurs. Have lunch, snacks, or purchase a great holiday gift.
• 5:30 pm Foot parade led by Santa starting at the Dance Centre of NW Ohio and ending at Whitehouse Park. Cycle Werks will join the parade with decorated bikes.
• 6:00 pm Adventures in Education will provide live music in the Park Pavilion, including group sing-alongs.  Mayor Atkinson will announce the winners of the Holiday Decorating Contest before turning on the holiday lights.  Cookies and hot chocolate will be served in the shelter house.
