Although there are NO known lead water service lines in our community, the Ohio EPA is requiring Lead Line Surveys conducted on ALL public water system water service lines with a deadline of this year.

To provide safe water to the community by identifying lead service lines in the system and to actively work with customers to get them replaced, when necessary.

You can choose one of two ways to participate in the survey:

1. You can schedule an appointment with the Whitehouse Public Service Department to visit your home and examine your water service line; OR,
2. You can complete a short and simple online survey on your smartphone or computer. (No appointment will be required for this option.)
