The Village of Whitehouse is currently seeking a professional, high caliber individual to join us at Village Hall for the full-time position of Office Assistant. The right candidate will be a core member of our team environment. The candidate must possess a willingness to learn and grow, and an eagerness to take on new responsibilities. Above all, the candidate should have a sincere passion for customer service.

Working with the administrative team, duties would include but are not limited to: answering phones, assisting walk-in visitors to Village Hall, general office duties, assisting in Utilities, processing bills and payments, accounts payable, payroll, scheduling of assets and utility appointments and handling other duties as assigned.

Pay scale is $15.55 – $22.92 and will be decided depending on qualifications of candidate.
