Industrial Parkway Water Tower

10-9-2025 (Completion Phase)

In 2023 Whitehouse was awarded a grant in the amount of $1,874.138.00 from the Ohio Department of Development for the construction of a new 500,000-gallon elevated storage water tower, which will be located off of Industrial Parkway. Total estimated project cost is $3,410,000. The remaining amount not covered by grant funding will be paid through a loan from Ohio Environmental Protection Agency – Water Supply Revolving Loan Account program. The engineer for the project is Kleinfelder.

Street Resurfacing Projects

Cemetery Road from Wabash trail to Weckerly Road.

• Pre construction meeting was held in September of 2025.

• Crews will be working on the Cemetery Road resurfacing in 2026, but will begin taking core samples in November of 2025, traffic may be restricted.
