PUBLIC NOTICE

The Village of Whitehouse Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:40 pm on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at Whitehouse Village Hall, 6925 Providence Street, Whitehouse, OH 43571, to allow for public comment on a SPECIAL USE for the construction of a 199’ telecommunications tower and equipment cabinet in the Village of Whitehouse located at 6648 Finzel Road, Lucas County Parcel No. 98-03991, known as Sandra Park.

A complete copy of the Application from New Par, dba Verizon Wireless, and the Planning Commission Minutes from the July 10, 2017, meeting are available for public review and inspection at the Village of Whitehouse Administrative offices during normal business hours and will be available for public inspection at the hearing.

All interested parties are invited to be heard.
