BOIL ADVISORY LIFTED.

The Whitehouse Water Department is pleased to inform you that the required water testing has been performed and passed. There is no longer a need to boil your water.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.

UPDATE 3-26-24

All water boil advisory notices were handed out to affected residents yesterday evening. The boil advisory will remain until notification to discontinue.

UPDATE 3-25-24 at 8:05 PM

The water main has been repaired and water has been turned back on for the area.

Roadways will be open soon.

The following areas are affected by a boil advisory:

Waterville Street from South Street to Bittersweet Farms. Pelton Drive, Westwyck, Wycliffe, Wyndham, Savanna Lakes Subdivision, Lone Oak Crossing and State Route 295.

Oak Brook is unaffected at this time.

Our Public Service Department is hand delivering notices to everyone who is under the advisory.

Boil advisory will remain until notification to discontinue.

Whitehouse Maintenance Crews are currently working to fix a water main break at Waterville Street and Pelton Drive, which is resulting in water outages for some of our residents. Waterville Street is closed between South Street and Oak Brook Drive.
