Whitehouse Recognized with Growth Award!

Whitehouse has once again received a Growth Award from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Forestry and the Arbor Day Foundation! Of the 48 Tree City USA municipalities in the Northwest Ohio region, only ten received awards for their work last year. The Tree City USA Growth Award is an annual recognition presented by the Arbor Day Foundation to participating Tree City USA communities that demonstrate higher levels of tree care and community engagement during the calendar year.

Whitehouse is also currently seeking a new member for the Whitehouse Tree Commission. You will have the opportunity to improve and educate your community on all of our amazing local natural resources!
