Beginning September 11, 2023, the Village of Whitehouse will contract with Lucas County Building Regulations to provide all building department related matters, including plan review, issuing building permits and inspections.
Previously, we’ve worked with the City of Maumee and are thankful for their years of service to our Village. But moving forward, please contact Lucas County Building Regulations for all building related inquiries.
As for zoning permits, the Village will continue to issue zoning permits and answer zoning related questions. You can always call Village Hall at 419-877-5383 and we will be happy to assist you.
