The Village of Whitehouse has updated its credit card processing and payment system as of November 1, 2025. This option provides a higher level of security for online payments.

Our hope is that our residents will not notice much of a difference, if any, with using this new process. The payment procedure will remain similar, both visually and from an operational standpoint. If you were already enrolled in automatic monthly ACH withdraw for your payments, your account will automatically be transferred to the new system and no action is needed. Anyone previously enrolled should receive email confirmation from Paystar regarding updated account settings as well as notification for future payment withdrawals.

Additional Info:

• You can now enroll in auto payments via credit card. The processing/convenience fee breaks down as follows: $0 – $50 = $1.95, $50 – $100 = $2.75, $100+ = 2.75%.

• You will no longer call Village Hall to make a payment over the phone, instead you will call Paystar directly at 419-871-5226. However, you can still make in-person credit card payments at Village Hall.

• Police and Fire Department service payments (fingerprints, tent permits, etc.) can now be paid via credit card.

• You can now do a one-time e-check or ACH payment for a $1.50 fee. But we encourage everyone to sign up for ACH auto payments to bypass fees and to never miss a payment. If you’re not currently enrolled in auto payments, you can sign up, as well as receive e-bills, by creating a customer portal here: https://whitehouseoh.authoritypay.com.
